Stellar IT Consultancy (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting personal data and complying with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, country, occupation, organisation, course preferences, support requirements, enrollment reference and payment status.

2. How we use information

We use this information to respond to enquiries, process course enrollments, arrange delivery, issue certificates, provide support, process refunds and maintain accounting and audit records.

3. Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store complete card numbers, security codes or other raw card credentials on this website. Stripe may process payment and personal data under its own terms and privacy notice.

4. Disclosure and transfers

We disclose information only to service providers needed to operate the service, including payment, hosting, email and technology providers, or where required by law. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take steps required by the PDPA to ensure comparable protection.

5. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, legal, accounting, dispute-resolution and security purposes. We use access controls, secure connections and operational safeguards appropriate to the information handled.
