These terms govern your use of the Stellar IT Consultancy platform and your purchase of paid courses.

• Services: Bespoke technical architecture and AI consulting.
• Course payments: Course fees are displayed in the stated currency and paid securely through Stripe. Your enrollment is not confirmed until payment is confirmed.
• Refunds: Course cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• Payment records: We may retain transaction references, payment status and related records for support, accounting, security and legal purposes.
• IP: Architectural blueprints remain client-owned upon final settlement.
• Governing Law: Republic of Singapore.
